Financial Policy & Terms of Purchase


By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using our application (“App”), you (“Site Owner” or “Downloader”) automatically enter into this Financial Purchase Terms and Conditions Agreement with RingzU Telecommunications Corporation (“RingzU,” “we,” or “us”). These terms are binding in whole or in part and are accepted as is without editing or selective agreement. If you do not accept these terms, please cancel your shopping cart, clear your cache, and exit our application space on this marketplace.

1) Application Verification & Data Privacy

• The App has been evaluated by the platform for which it is offered for sale and approved for use by site owners.

• Verification confirms we collect no personal data for ourselves; all data used is stored securely in cloud storage allocated to your access and customers only.
• We do not now or ever sell, rent, lease, or give any of your data to any party at any time and do not participate in any marketing platform that requires sharing customer data.

• We do not cross share data with any owned entities of RingzU Telecommunications Corporation. Except where required to continue the offering of your services such as billing and customer profile information so that customer service agents can answer and assist you with your account or where required to provide a new service or hardware items from our vendor for provisioning and shipping. And finally, where required by law to protect others and any and all security of our network and partner platform offerings. • Your data will never be shared unless required by subpoena or a valid court order

2) Plans, Billing, Changes & Refunds<

No Free Trial is currently offered as our services are real products and have costs associated to activate, storing and use that is due from us at time-of-service activation.

Free trials are not available for any plan (unless expressly offered to you at a later time). If you are offered a free usage plan for the purposes of reviewing us and our services or to market on our beha

Plan Billing

The plan is a one time, prepaid annual purchase and is not eligible for refunds after payment submission, or activation of account.

Plan Changes

• Upgrades take effect immediately upon payment.

• Downgrades take effect at the end of the current paid term.

• You may downgrade one time from any higher plan; you may upgrade as many times as you wish until you reach the top tier plan. No further downgrade is allowed unless you uninstall the application and renew the installation with a new purchase.

Recurring Billing & Chargebacks

• Monthly payment is a recurring charge with automatic withdrawal from your credit or debit account until canceled.

• You agree not to participate in any “friendly reversals” or “friendly chargebacks” and not to make a fraud claim after purchase or app install

• In the event you file or make a claim against us for the price of the service/application after agreeing to these terms, you will be responsible for the full dispute fee as an automatic withdrawal without notice, as well as any legal or collection fees, court costs, our legal representation costs, and any other court awarded amounts.

Refund Policy

• We do not refund the cost of VoIP activated and paid services or web applications that are downloaded already for any reason. Any non tangible item served via download or digital delivery (including self installing applications) is considered installed and non refundable at the moment the application is purchased and payment is successfully submitted.

• If at any time there is an offer for a free trial, the initial installation and submission of the installation order is deemed your actual and original purchase. Any time on the application after the expiration of the trial defaults to the original trial purchase date.

3) Cancellations, Uninstalls & Misuse</h4>

• Uninstalling or deleting any portion of our service or web application as originally installed (by either the developer or the platform) is considered a cancellation of services; you forfeit the purchase price of the service for the full amount paid.

• Intentionally sidestepping adminware, phone rooting, or subscription security, including using multiple installs, or exploiting free trials is considered bad faith and grounds for immediate termination of your account and its data without advance notice.

4) Telecommunications Features & Legal Complianc

• Some features listed are for the express use inside of our Apps sold on 3rd party platforms and may not be reflective of VoIP service exclusively but remain sold and offered by RingzU Telecom USA, and have added costs that are not a bill from RingzU Telecom USA but are required registration fees under the Telecommunications Protection Act of 2025. These fees are due in advance of SMS/MMS or VoIP activation.

• You must register your number to text as a business following the 10DLC program and policy.

• RingzU Telecom USA is a 499 Filing Telephone Service Provider licensed to operate as a local, interstate, and international service provider.

• Use of telecommunications services as part of your site requires Know Your Customer (KYC) and Risk Scoring as required by federal law. This self identification system is not a credit check and will not affect your credit rating. It is a customer risk profile tool used by the industry to identify users who have misused telecom systems and who may be legally barred from certain actions within the network.

• If telecommunications services are offered inside your application and you choose not to activate them, those offers will time out and no longer be available inside this platform. No credit is applied for non activated parts of your plan. (This is a web application platform rule enforced by the platform of use. Ex. Wix.com, WordPress..)

5) Platform, Compatibility & IP Protection

• The service is designed and authorized to work with any SIP devices and the apps are designed for all Wix.com subscription level sites.

• The generated website and application code will not function on any other platform and is intentionally incomplete on public inspection to deter scraping.

• The code provides feedback when copied; an IP address for that action is recorded.

• Please do not scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or attempt to resell the our services or applications. We defend our creations to the fullest extent of the law.

6) Support, Reinstallation & Customization Conflicts

• Purchase includes: a single download and install instance, tutorial videos covering all functions, and a written instruction manual with shortcuts and tools.

• Please use these resources to self correct any errors on your website before requesting developer assistance.

• If there are problems with the install and you have followed the post install directions (from the developer or the platform) without positive outcome, we may review server logs for your site to determine if an error relates to the App or to your site’s behavior/configuration.

• If the install error is caused by our code or programming, a new install code and authorization for application use will be provided.

• If the error is caused by customizations on your site and there is no record of your submitting a request to confirm those customizations’ workability with our program, no reinstall will be granted. Please ensure you understand the App’s limitations and potential conflicts with special coding or other applications.

7) Data Retention & Deletion</h4>

• Stored cloud data is deleted on the day your plan expires, or the free trial runs out at 23:59:59 (every day of the week).

• There is no method for downloading your data or history from our cloud server.

• To maintain performance and ensure availability, please keep your payment method and subscription up to date.

8) Governing Law, Venue & Enforcement

• This agreement, no matter your location, is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Oregon.

• We may choose the State of Oregon at Multnomah County as the jurisdiction for any action related to your use or misuse of our offering, including payment issues; or at our discretion we may elect to move venue and file in another State to seek collection of damages or awards.

• You agree to appear and to make available to the court any and all financial and/or personal information as needed to enforce collection of judgments.
