  • A LEGACY PROVIDER: (1959–Today) A Family Heritage: Our journey started in 1959 in Washington with our great-grandfather. For 65 years, we’ve operated as the "carrier's carrier"—the invisible infrastructure connecting calls from one carrier to another behind the scenes. We have grown and evolved with every change in communications throughout those years. We believe in telecom as a family. Inside all that we do here, we keep a core practice in our mission, we follow a customer first approach at every level of the company. From the network tech to the CEO. It might sound a little 1992, but without you there is no us. This new generation of leadership grew up in service and knows what it means to take care of the customer. We're so greatful you're here for the ride.
  • EMBRACE CHANGE: Today our old corporate name "Assisted Call Connect: The Rings You Through Service" proudly get an overhaul while still paying homage to our solid past gets a new name as we continue to evolve. Now led by the youngest great-grandson Steve Divine takes the CEO positon and the 3rd generation takes over. A complete systems rebuild and design was implemented and tested to bring all brings digital communications to our services. Integrating real Ai into every system and layer to make doing business with us faster, easier, and at the speed you need it to run. All this and not a single cost increase passed along to any customer was needed. Thats a win for every customer on our service. Some things you will notice about prices. We were a carrier to carrier provider and used carrier pricing throughout our history. Keeping that price and making carrier grade service and pricing availble to all was a no brainer. Now great service, stellar network connections and Ai that will amaze comes standard in every tier of service. Our doors are now open to the public and its time we shared the opportunity to save 75% or more starting day one. This is a game changer for evey customer on our service.

We have replicated some of our most favorite and loved past employees using the memories of those people and what made their personalities iconic in our world. We built each agent with the understanding that you will interact with them just as customers did with their human version back in 1965, 1984, and 1995. Because these people are important to us then and now they will always have a place with us here. We as a family celebrate them still today with this honor.
